Blank Indemnity Agreement

Any changes to the exterior of the buildings, including to patios and yards, must be approved beforehand by Strata Council. An indemnity agreement must be submitted, stating that the maintenance and repair of the changes will be undertaken by the owner of that strata lot.  This responsibility carries over to future owners, and it should be disclosed when selling.

There is a fillable form on the Dwell client web site in the Service Centre section.  The form is submitted to the Property Manager, who will bring it to the next strata council meeting for approval.
